Internship Announcement

Campaign for Labor Right is looking for full and part time interns for this
fall; at least 25 hours a week is required. Responsibilities will include research, organizing and campaign support for anti-sweatshop initiatives; research on the global sweatshop industry and free trade agreements such as NAFTA, FTAA, CAFTA; assistance in developing popular education materials, including leaflets and press releases; assistance in outreach activities including in demonstrations, leafleting actions, etc.

Interns may also be involved in monitoring Capitol Hill legislation and legislative support work and attending meetings for CLR.

Strong writing and researching skills are necessary, and proficiency in Spanish is useful but not required.
